Please contact us immediately via the chat box or shipping email so that we may cancel the shipment. If the order had already been shipped please return to above mentioned address. You will then be refunded and can place a new order.
We do offer a tracked shipping service. Your location and order will determine which carrier we use (typically we use USPS and FEDEX). Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information and instructions. Should there be any issues contact us via the shipping email, chat box or via phone during normal office hours.
If you do not receive a confirmation email please reach out to us immediately and we will check the status of your order. We will respond via any of our offered communication channels.
In all of our facilities we ensure that proper protective clothing is provided including masks and gloves. The virus does not live for long periods of time on packaging and products, that said in transit there is a risk of contact. Therefore, we do advise that all packaging be wiped down with disinfectant before you make physical contact with your order.
Once we have confirmed receipt of the item we will begin the refund process immediately. We will confirm with you via email as soon as the refund has been instructed to our payment process provider. Please allow up to 14 days for the funds to credit your account. If after 14 days you have not sighted the returned funds please contact us and we will open an investigation.
